I am looking for my uncle James Green, my father (Edward Frances Green) - his brother was born 2 July 1941 in Chepstow or RedCar. There were only two brothers

My Grandfathers name was Edward Green and he later married Molly and lived in Heredfordshire.
My father married Pamela Frost and they moved to South Africa in 1962, last my dad heard of his brother he was working in a prison. I know he would dearly love to get in touch with him again.

If any one can help me with information on the whereabouts or other family members of James Green I would really appreciate it. Or even more information on where else to look
