Situated a few steps from the two Leaning Towers- the hotels building was the residence of the Azzoguidi noble family in the XIV Century; of this period - it still maintains many architectural elements- such as the wooden portico in the inner courtyard or the recessed block panel ceilings of some rooms and the meetingroom.
