From junction 9 on M40 take the A34 towards Oxford. After approx 5 miles take the Oxford turn -services on roundabout, then first turn marked Oxford. After 1/2 mile at roundabout take the very first road off, this is Five Mile Drive. Proceed town this road to the T junction with the Banbury road. The Guest house is situated directly opposite this junction 200 metres north of A40 on A4165.
