Days Inn Forbidden City Beijing is a courtyard-style establishment located in central Beijing. It is in a few minutes walking distance from the Tiananmen Square and the Wangfujing Street, a main shopping area in Beijing.
The surrounding of the hotel is historical where in the old days it was inside the imperial city. A hundred years ago, it was a residence which consisted of three yards inter-connection, total 2724 square meters, owned by a well-known warlord named Jiang Chao Zong. After 1949, it was taken as office by the government. And now, it became a retreat and cozy place in this busy and inviting city.
With the look of the building and the hundred-year-old trees in the yard, the hotel has retained its old-world charm, but at the same time has merged it with contemporary architecture and designs. It has positioned itself as both a business and leisure hotel, focusing on clean, comfortable accommodations while providing efficient service at a competitive price.
