From Mumbai and Sion: Take Panvel exit, turn right onto NH 17 to Pen, turn left onto Wadkhal Naka, go under bridge. Do not go straight to Alibag. Go through Indapur, Mahad, Poladpur and Khed, 8 kilometers after Khed you will see the Riverview (18 kilometers), hoarding on the right hand side.
