Centrally positioned within the Hoe, but a stones throw from the site of Sir Francis Drakes famous game of bowls, we are within 5 minutes walk from the city centre shops and Theatre Royal, and only 3 minutes from the Pavilions. Plymouth Registry Office is only a minute away and we are roughly the same distance for the sea itself! The Barbican is walkable in 10 minutes, as is the Brittany ferries port, where regular ferries to Roskoff and Santander can be found. There are 11 bright and airy guest bedrooms set over four floors, whilst the informal bar and guest lounge make for a comfortable and homely atmosphere to relax and unwind after the days sightseeing or business meeting. The breakfast room is tastefully decorated and roomy. All meals are freshly cooked to order. Flasks can be made up for day trips on request for PS2.00. Likewise, a variety of sandwiches are also available, but requires a minimum of 12 hours notice. For walkers we provide a service for forwarding on their luggage by taxi. We are also able to dry wet clothes. Guests are provided with a set of keys that allow them access at any time during their stay.

Directions
From Exeter: From A38 take Plymouth exit. Follow signs to Plymouth City Centre. Eventually you will enter one way system. As you leave one way system there is blue footbridge just before roundabout. At roundabout turn left. At 2nd set of lights there is an Esso garage. Take road on left(Bretonside). Keep on road until you come to set lights with a pub on left hand corner called 'The Walrus'. At The Walrus turn left and go straight over crossroads. We are 50 metres on the right. From Tamar Bridge: Travel along A38 to second main junction,sign posted A3064. Turn onto this road, head towards city centre. At lights turn left. Keep straight following signs to city centre. Shortly after roundabout there is set of lights, keep straight. You will come to roundabout with a pub called 'The Pennycomequick'. Go under railway bridge, at next roundabout turn right. At 3rd set of lights turn right. At mini roundabout turn left. Elliot Street is 3rd on right.
