Return to try the hotel s michelin starred restaurant, Seven Park Place by William Drabble. This fine dining restaurant offers a menu which is French in style but made with primarily British ingredients.     One of the secrets of the success of the St. Jamess is its location in a quiet cul-de-sac that is only moments from Piccadilly Circus, traditionally known as the centre of London. Surrounding Piccadilly Circus are most of Londons West End Theatres making them just a short stroll from the St. Jamess. Also in Piccadilly is the Royal Academy of Arts in the beautiful and historic setting of Burlington House and home to a series of spectacular art exhibitions throughout the year. Art lovers will also appreciate the many smaller galleries that surround the hotel, including the famous White Cube, and shopaholics will love the many designer boutiques of nearby Saville Row, the home of fine tailoring, Bond Street and Regent Street. St. Jamess is known for its historic connections and St. Jamess Palace still dominates its surroundings: it was the royal connections that lead to the many bespoke shops that still have their premises in St. Jamess with James Lock the Hatters, Berry Bros and Rudd, wine merchants and Swaine Adeney and Brigg for leather goods amongst the most well known. London is a city known for its green spaces and the St. Jamess is close to three of the best with Green Park on our doorstep and St. Jamess Park and Hyde Park just a short stroll away.
