Carefully restored to their original splendor all guestrooms have authentic period interiors with boiserie and chintz wall coverings and invisible state of the art technology. Lavishly decorated reception rooms are laid out around a delightful wicker-spiffed courtyard conservatory. The oldest and largest of them a magnificent renaissance state room serves as the main restaurant with a terrace and a blissful garden for open air dining in the summer. Downstairs is the authentic 19th century kitchen which offers table dhote dining and is also the venue for popular year long cooking classes.
