Munichs famous Olympic Park, which was built for the 20th Olympic Summer Games in 1972, is right outside our doorstep of the Four Points by Sheraton Munich Olympiapark. Throughout the year, it hosts a wide range of sporting and cultural events, classical music and rock concerts, as well as numerous other international events. Its wide-open spaces are also a popular recreation area for Munichs residents and visitors. The Olympic Tower, almost 300 metres high, is one of the parks eye-catching landmarks, and its 200-metre high observation platform offers an unforgettable view across the entire city and beyond to the Alps. Next to the hotel you will also find the BMW headquarters and the giant BMW World. Munich itself is an appealing city with countless beer gardens and street caf s, the English Garden, and numerous tourist attractions such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsche Museum, and the three Pinakotheks.
