The hotel is located app. 1 km from Kiruna centre. Kiruna is a place of contrasts, where the summer sun shines for almost two full months without setting, while the polar night lowers its dark blue blanket over the area for the last three weeks of December. In the countryside, you can drink the water and the air is clean, which is something quite exclusive on our heavily populated globe. Being in the countryside is the main recreational interest among the people of Kiruna and also the major attraction among our visitors. The hunting grounds are enormous and there are thousands of watercourses and lakes. Being in the countryside can mean anything from a walk along the Midnight Sun Trail to guided tours specially arranged to the customers wishes. Those who wish to can for example ski, fish, canoe or experience everyday Saami life - all on the same day.
