A magnificent Victorian private House is set within beautiful landscaped gardens. Warren House boasts award winning service with flexible and truly unique facilities for business or pleasure. You can access Warren House free of charge and without appointment for private meetings or perhaps to meet friends and enjoy our fantastic Champagne afternoon tea. The Bar Lounge; 4 Seasons; Orchid Room and Terrace are available 7 days a week. There are 46 luxury bedrooms and a stunning dining room as well as a gym and sauna and indoor pool. Wireless access is available throughout the house allowing clients and guests to gain access to the internet free of charge without having to worry about passwords and access codes. Whether travelling to Warren House by car where we provide free car parking onsite or by train or plane we are ideally located in Kingston Upon Thames next to Richmond park. Thus combining the convenience of a London location with the peace and quiet of a beautiful country house.

The Wisteria Room looks out onto our beautiful courtyard area and is perfect for those intimate meetings.

The London Room is perfect for midsize conferences and comes with natural daylight. It can divide in half or be opened up depending on requirements.
Lilac Room
The Lilac Room can be booked on it's own or joined up with the Magnolia and Lavender Rooms to form a larger space. Beautifully decorated in the traditional style of the house, this is a very flexible

One of our most beautiful rooms with scenic views over the gardens. This room is ideal for smaller meetings and training sessions
Azalea Room
Perfect for those smaller boardroom meetings or even an intimate dinner. The Azaela Room has ample natural daylight and views of our landscaped gardens.
