The Hotellerie du Bas-Breau is an former hunting lodge located in the village of Barbizon on the edge of the Fontainebleau Forest, only 50 km south of Paris, 30 minutes by the A6 motorway. It offers 20 rooms and suites equipped with all modern comforts, elegant, refined. The restaurant serves traditional cuisine and the menu changes with the seasons. Upon arrival of autumn chef will discover the specialties of game and wild mushrooms from the forest of Fontainebleau. In summer, meals are served on the terrace, in the shade of chestnut trees. The cellar has a selection of wines chosen by Jean-Pierre and Laurent Fava best winemakers in Burgundy and elsewhere that will amaze delight your palate.
