Strategically located on the Gurgaon New Delhi Expressway, our hotel provides easy access to both the buzzing business district of Gurgaon as well as the vibrant capital of India. Delhi has a rich history, dotted with mosques, forts, and monuments from the Mughal Empire. The contrast between Old Delhi and well-planned New Delhi is immense, and it is worth the time to explore both. Delhis most famous monument, the Red Fort, is a powerful reminder of the Mughal emperors. Visit the Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world and an important example of Indo-Islamic architecture. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the soaring 72.5-metre tower, which was built in 1206, requires 399 steps to reach the top. Humayuns Tomb, built in the mid-sixth century, is a magnificent garden tomb and a true testament to Mughal architecture. Explore the India Gates towering stone arch, built in memory of the Indian soldiers who fought in World War I and the Afghan Wars. Then head to the nearby National Gallery of Modern Art to admire wonderful artwork by both Indian and colonial artists. See the collection of astronomy instruments at Jantar Mantar, built by Maharaja Jai Singh for his personal use in 1724. The lush landscapes at Lodhi Gardens and the bustling street market Chandini Chawk are also noteworthy. Stroll around Connaught Place, which was completed in 1933. This lively area is home to the famous street bazaar on Janpath, known for its handicrafts and artefacts from all parts of India. Or visit Gurgaons popular Leisure Valley Park, the Kingdom of Dreams, or one of many upscale shopping malls in Vasant Kunj and Gurgaon.
