We are a smaller guesthouse nestled into a Puerto Rican beachside neighborhood. If you are looking to be at a large resort with hundreds of other tourists chain restaurants and the expected resort experience that is not us. We are fit for those seeking a more personal look at Puerto Rico...Many of our guests leave feeling like this was a second home. There are neighborhood sounds i.e. cars dogs the sound of the Coqui a native frog. Most units offer full kitchens all except our economy Coqui unit. Our guesthouse is 3 minutes walk to the beach less than 5 miles from the airport and on major bus lines to Old San Juan. There are never any extra costs with us...no resort fees wifi fees or security deposits. We offer Free WiFi Flat Screen TVs DVD players Ipod docks Apple TV system watch Netflix iTunes YouTube etc in room Challenger safes bicycles check out beach chairs Beer and drink coolers for the beach Beach umbrellas Beach towels Hair dryers Irons with board in every room Jacuzzi in share area Barbque Use of Laundry machines coordinate with our onsite manager Daily housekeeping Coffee and bottled water for your first morning No key check in check anytime after normal check in that you like with our coded system Noyda our on site managerconcierge with great advice on the local area.
