Pousada do Porto Freixo Palace Hotel National Monument is a unique, one of a kind project that includes two historical buildings, an eighteenth century baroque palace and a nineteenth century factory, set over the Douro River bank, surrounded by Versailles style gardens, totally restored and refurbished to meet 21st century demands, combining history and tradition with contemporaneousness.
