Villa Montana Beach Resort offers two very distinct and unique dining experiences. Our culinary team is lead by Executive Chef/ Jeremie Cruz. Chef Jeremie has been awarded the Caribbean Chef Award and has been recognized as Top Chef by Foodies PR.

He is a former member and coach of the National Culinary Team of Puerto Rico and is a member of the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs. Jeremie has also represented Puerto Rico at the Rising Star Chef of the XXI Century at the James Bear Award.
