The building LA TORRE CALI began on october 27/1978 and was completed in late 1984.
Although initially designed for a commercial occupancy of thye first three floors offices/boutiques/bar/casino/travel agences/etc.and residencial from the fourth floor/two apartments of 327 square meters each per floor/well soon originated the demand for offices for multinational companies/banks/advertising companies and businesses of all kinds/who occupied until the tenth floor.with the growth of market demand/also apartments on the upper floors were be conditioned office.
in 1988 the desicion to use tyhe flats of 11 to 20 for HOTEL TORRE CALI/making the two apartments on each floor in twelve rooms was taken.subse quently supplemented the hotel to the third floor for events/Laundry/Service and Maintenance Workshop/the second floor for management/aAccounting/Promotion/the first floor reception/cafeteria/and basement to store.
The seismic structural design was prepared by the Company ROBERTO CAICEDO.Black Workers for PINSKY and finished by INVERZALOS.The floating facade/design and assembly/was the work ok LEHNER AND CIA.
The building has 44 floors plus 5 levels of basement parking serve.
