Brian Turner CBE, the Yorkshire-born chef who is well-regarded as a serious champion of British food, launched his new restaurant - BRIAN TURNER MAYFAIR - on 14 April 2003. Brian Turner Mayfair is an 86-seat restaurant with adjacent Turner Bar. The food echoes traditional Britain, and includes many of Brian's signature favourties, incorporating numerous UK organic and specialist suppliers. The Pine Bar
Our Executive Chef Paul Bates has produced a menu which is imaginative yet retains many traditional qualities. The Pine bar is a great area for pre dinner drinks in a cosy atmosphere, or to enjoy our live pianist until the eary hours. The bar also offers light snacks.
