By submitting for this award you agree to and acknowledge the following:

• You are the individual responsible for making decisions about the website's content.
• If you are awarded one of the community awards you will place the award logo on your top page with a reciprocal link to your hometown's page on the Hometown England, Hometown USA or Hometown Canada website. For example: http://www.HometownUSA.com/ca/Oakland.html. Please go to that page and copy the URL for the link.
• Your site is free from profanity, hate content and adult content and that you plan to keep it that way.
• Your site does not link directly to any sites that contain profanity, hate content or adult content.
• You agree to removing the Hometown Community Website Award logo if your site does not meet the afore mentioned criteria in the future.
