In a quiet Knightsbridge street just 129 footsteps to Harrods, one of the world s great shopping destinations, is this unique small luxury 5 star hotel, a warm bastion of English hospitality and still owned and run by the Levin family. But what really sets The Capital apart is its sophisticated charm and courteous staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Tasteful classic English decor is reflected in elegant furnishings, antiques and original works of art throughout the hotel. The Michelin starred restaurant is masterminded by arguably Britain s greatest seafood chef, Nathan Outlaw. His menus are unique and his ingredients are sourced predominantly from Cornwall and from fishermen he personally knows. Complementing the outstanding Outlaw s at The Capital restaurant is the intimate bar overseen by Cesar. Renowned for both his cocktails and whisky collections Cesar particularly enjoys sharing his passion for the latter and introducing guests to his cheese and whisky pairing menu.
