Property Description
The hotel is an old family-run store in the second generation and was completed in May 1993 and opened in the middle of the old town. With meticulous attention to detail Birgit and Jurgen Lentz reconstructed the historic objects. We invite you to our house/ which comes with its charm and luxurious ambience/ gallery restaurant/ bistro/ fireplace lounge/ banquet and meeting rooms/ sauna/ solarium/ infrared cabin/ fitness room/ children s play area and playground. Excellently furnished 75 rooms including 42 double rooms/ 30 single rooms and 3 suites/ promise comfort and fine atmosphere.

In cozily decorated rooms in storehouse style our guests will enjoy the ensemble of brass/ natural wood/ granite/ exclusive cloths/ dishes and furniture. Restaurants  In this surrounding it is easy to appreciate the Mecklenburg cuisine that comes without artificial and unnecessary bells and whistles. Joerg Zinn/ responsible for the kitchen/ sets the focus on light food/ regional specialties as well as the so called classics that often vanished out of the memory. Restaurants  The grand chefs of our century are his ideals. Already back then/ theguest maybe knew better what was good/ because they had and took the time for the beautiful things in life. So/ on the constantly adapted menu Restaurants  you ll find Wismarer Matjes herring as well as Chateaubriand – a small number but great variety of dishes/ in best and fresh quality. We rather design a new menu every 6 weeks and adapt it to fresh and seasonal products/ instead of always handling with the same food.
