Lined with cobblestone streets, these neighborhoods are home to bars and restaurants, small ouzerias, and tavernas. Further uniting the past and present, the Olympic Stadium of Modern Times just five miles from the hotel fuses ancient traditions with modern architecture, while the colorful Monastiraki Flea Market, less than a mile away, presents authentic relics and indigenous flavors. Additionally, Voukourestiou Street walking distance from the hotel features the citys finest modern boutiques. Along with myriad man-made wonders, Athens also features an array of natural sights, including Lycabettus Hill, the National Gardens, which are also home to the celebrated Zappeion, and a stretch of seaside along the Saronic Gulf.
