    The Resort lies 2222m above sea level on the southern edge of a plateau/ at the heart of the Gornergrat skiing and hiking district. Bordering a stone pine forest/ the location offers a unique alpine panorama -directly facing the Matterhorn- while benefiting from the favorable microclimatic conditions of the plateau. The purity of the resorts own spring water is practically unrivalled. The Resort can be reached from Zermatt within 20 Min. with the Gornergrat cog-wheel train. This runs every 24 min. from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
