Strategically located in the city centre, in front of the central railway station. The fair is only 3km away, easily reached by bus or car. Located exactly opposite to the central station, a few minutes from Bologna's historical centre. The Hotel is convenient to the needs of the business and leisure traveler as well, thanks to this central location but with easy access to the exhibitions centre and to the major motorways. You can walk to Pazza Maggiore and visit San Petronio Dome, Neptun Fontain, the two towers, Morandi Museum ecc. From the main square you can go through the pedestrian shopping area of via D'azelio to reach Galleria Cavour the best place in Bologna for shopping. The exhibitions centre and the airport are only a few kilometers away. A tax is imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 September 2012/ and will be collected at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 4 per person/ per night. The amount has been determined by the local administration and depends on the length of stay/ property classification/ and room price. This tax does not apply from the 6th consecutive night of stay onwards/ to residents of Bologna/ or children under 14 years of age.

The aim is to offer an innovative style. The project involves the realization of 93 rooms and 6 apartments, a bar and restaurant catering for 80 people with direct external access, a conference room and private covered car park.
