The oldest church in Heliopolis, built in1907 to be the centre of the new city Heliopolis. It is linked to the Baron Palace by a tunnel and Baron Empain was buried inside it. It has a lovely ceiling with coloured glass and marble decorations.
Half a Day: Egyptian Museum
Take a half-day tour to the Egyptian Museum, explore the monuments of ancient Egypt, see the Famous Golden Mask of Tutankhamen and the room of mummies. A ticket to enter The Mummies Room will cost you an extra USD14.
Mosque and Madrassa of Sultan Hassan
